Olivia Salmen is an advanced aesthetic injector, nurse practitioner, and board certified plastic surgical nurse with over ten years of experience in plastic surgery and nine years as an aesthetic injector. She is one of only 350 certified plastic surgical nurses in the United States and one of only 14 in the state of Tennessee. Olivia is an international trainer, speaker and KOL for Revance Aesthetics, Master Injector Series, Ariessence, Ourself Skincare, and has served on multiple advisory boards for the launch of dermal filler, neurotoxin, skincare, and regenerative medicine around the world. She was nominated and won “Best Injector of Nashville” by the Nashville Scene and was published in their awards magazine. She has a passion for training other injectors on best injection techniques and on growing a business with social media. Olivia has cultivated marketing strategies and built a social media platform of over 195,000 followers on TikTok and 150,000 followers on Instagram through patient education on aesthetics and injectables. Kendra has been a critical care nurse since 2016 and continued her education and Aesthetic nursing in 2020. Her natural inclination to teach shows through in her instructional videos on AIA. She is certified in Allergan and Galderma products, along with other injectable, such as radius, Kapella, and PRP. After specialized training in injectables, she has facilitated multiple FDA studies involving injection techniques, and the newest and safest ways to use aesthetic products. Kendra enjoys helping patients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
